Cutting down on large amounts of junk food is recommended.There are also some foods that are known to raise your chances of getting a headache because of the food themselves or their ingredients. They are caffeine, red wine, processed meats, chocolate, and foods containing MSG, mono sodium glutamate.

Third, sleep habits, too little sleep can cause headaches, as will too much sleep. It is best to keep regular sleep patterns even on the weekend and holidays. Good sleep habits are in the new daily telling us how important they are for maintaining good health.
