Recipe for tea:

A cup of tea from 2-3 dl is necessary to 15-20 dried olive leaves. The boiled water insert leaves and cook them for 2-3 minutes. Leave the leaves to settle in the water for 10 minutes and remove them. You can drink cold and warm with honey, lemon or nothing. Tea should be drunk every day to feel the improvement of different diseases.

The tea is recommended to drink preventively in order to forestall the said disease. Leaves for tea is best harvested in the spring when the leaves are young, wash them and dry air.

Store in a closed container, protected from sunlight.
